well that is different, Pho is the far superior soup of the universe, however it should be had with beef broth.

Incorrect. Chicken & rice is dog food. Chicken & noodles (specifically egg noodles) is delicious people food.

Yeah I guess it does have beef broth. In SF we have a place called Turtle Tower and they have northern Vietnamese style flat noodles too, its pretty good.

at the pho place near me, it comes standard with beef broth but can be substituted with chicken. I dont know about the noodles tho
